WASHINGTON, D.C., July 28, 2010 – Legislation that would enable the Home Star program, also known as Cash for Caulkers, has been included in the Senate’s Clean Energy Jobs and Oil Company Accountability bill, the Home Star Coalition announced

The federal program would provide consumer incentives for residential efficiency retrofits and is expected to provide employment opportunities in the home improvement industry.
