With a desire to return to her childhood hometown, our client sought to renovate an outdated dark shell of a box into her light-filled homecoming oasis. Despite the project scope growing by 30 percent during the course of construction, this homecoming residence was completed within its original 10-month schedule. The result is a contemporary dream house built to host and entertain loved ones year-round.

Overlooking a beautiful lake, this contemporary home is defined by its scenic views, natural light-filled rooms, creative design features, and luxurious finishes. With only the foundation, garage and deck left intact, this whole-home remodel operates like a new custom home. Featuring an open vaulted gathering space for the kitchen, dining and living area, an expansive main level owner’s suite, a creatively designed lower-level entertainment and exercise space, and clean interior finishes, this home now boasts a truly unique living experience.

This 1970s house had become dark and dated over the years and was in desperate need of a complete remodel to breathe life back into it. The homeowners wanted to comfortably age-in-place with plenty of room for their children and grandchildren for many years to come. Working closely with the homeowners helped completely transform the property and brought their dreams to life to make a truly remarkable and special home.

The metamorphosis of this home transformed a hideous 1980s contemporary into a beautiful New England style. A massive addition nearly doubled the size of the home, including a new three-car garage below and an apartment above for an elderly mother complete with elevator access. The pre-existing basement level garage was redesigned into a fabulous rec room with space for a pool table, bar, and ample TV seating. The cramped and outdated kitchen was given a makeover fit for a chef, with a functional flow around a large island, a large pantry with an automated storage system, and a butler’s pantry.
