The objective of the team was to convert an unfinished basement into a combined play space for the client’s elementary school aged children, as well as an entertainment space for the homeowners. This was a very detailed oriented job that required a lot of pre-planning electrical layout for the playroom balloon light fixtures. Construction of the play castle required additional preliminary layout, and the initial fire blocking for code was extensive. The pre-planning, while extensive, was key and essential, and made the actual construction very smooth.
