The small bungalow house had a completely remodeled kitchen and bathroom but needed an exterior to match the quality of the interior. The company enlarged a small storage room and made it into a third bedroom while adding a large front porch with a dormer window above to give the home some charm. Board siding replaced the old vinyl siding around the entire house.
The dormer was redesigned to fit over some interior walls to provide support since 2×10 rafters were unable to fit. The front porch features exposed rafter tails and a standing seam metal roof. Soffits were added on the sides of the home to provide depth and give it a proper roof overhang. Two gas lanterns on the front porch are the finishing touch to help welcome visitors and friends.
