The homeowners wanted to build a custom home but instead opted for a full exterior remodel to make their existing home feel like a new build. The remodel included new paint, brick pop-outs, a new driveway and entrance, front courtyard with an outdoor fireplace, private patio, new garage door, landscaping, lighting, a metal roof, awning, gates, trellises, and metal accents. The material selection was challenging, but the new finishes blend seamlessly with the ranch style architecture while giving it a modernized look. The master suite addition was integrated into the revised home design, and the flow of traffic was redirected with the addition of two new outdoor living areas and a driveway entrance/exit. The homeowners were thrilled with the results, both aesthetically and functionally.
