The owner of a two-story brick home wanted to modernize the house from top to bottom and establish an aesthetic that matched her style. The exterior remodel included crisp white paint, a new gray shingle roof, a standing seam black metal rooftop, a black squared horizontal picket fence, updated windows with exterior black frames, black gutters, an added rear entrance, new garage door, and side deck. The updated exterior significantly improved the curb appeal while staying true to the house’s traditional style. The homeowner’s ultimate goal was to up the curb appeal while staying true to the house’s traditional style.
