Located in the Sunset Cliffs community of Point Loma, the home originally had just one small deck. The clients, a young couple with a growing family, wanted the new design to have Prairie-style architectural elements and fully connect to its stunning seaside location. After an expansive remodel, the house now boasts multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy the beauty of their surroundings.
The company customized a louvered roof above the upper deck with both heating and lighting to accommodate relaxing and entertaining in any weather—day or night. Pushed out to expand the views as much as possible, the deck also connects the outdoor space to the primary suite. Movie nights on the lower deck take on a whole new charm with the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop.
