After discussing a wish list with the homeowners, the company decided the best outcome would be an open and intimate covered porch off the back of their house that seamlessly connects the interior with the outdoor living spaces.

The main covered deck features a 32-foot open span that includes an outdoor kitchen and living space complete with outdoor TV, in-ceiling heaters, and a sound system. This leads out onto an open portion on the deck highlighted with a custom pergola and hanging chairs. A double-sided staircase runs down to a private paver-patio with a fire pit that is shielded from neighbors by decorative screens and a wall of arborvitae.
