One of the objectives was to replicate a resort infinity pool the family visited in Cabo San Lucas. The destination left a lasting impact and served as a source of inspiration to create a true “resort backyard.” They wanted it to function as a personal oasis and as a hub for large gatherings. The covered boat dock, boardwalk, putting green, and outdoor kitchens contribute to the experience.

With limited space and such dramatic grade and elevation, they adopted a design that utilizes an organic flow with multiple entertainment zones. The upper tier has an infinity pool with a shower and bathroom. The next tier offers a relaxing lounge area with composite decking. Closer to the water is a miniature golf experience and a boardwalk for friends and family to dock their boats.
