The COVID-19 pandemic changed homeowner interactions. What measures do you use to signal an extra level of care when working in or around a client’s home?
Along with what was expected. Our crews went the extra mile. Keeping clients safe, and ourselves safe, was a priority during renovations. The crew installed barrier walls in the whole work area with plastic sheeting. We also purchased a state- of- the -art air scrubber to flush dusty air, and debris out of the home.
Seamless communication technology is now both necessary and expected. How have you used new technology platforms to promote better customer communication and satisfaction?
We implemented Zoom conferencing to go over Drawings, Proposals, and any questions the client may have. They were delighted with the fact that they didn’t have to leave their homes, and were able to move forward without delays.
What was your message to clients with projects in progress in order to keep them happy and satisfied during the uncertainty of the stay-at-home period?
We contacted all clients that were on the upcoming schedule, to find out if they were willing to start, or postpone their project even though we were considered essential.
As long as we performed the safeguards the projects moved forward.
