The COVID-19 pandemic changed homeowner interactions. What measures do you use to signal an extra level of care when working in or around a client’s home?
We offered a safety package that we could bring to the customer’s home that included $150 worth of disinfectant, sanitizer, and soap. These items have been very hard to find and it was another level to show we care.
Seamless communication technology is now both necessary and expected. How have you used new technology platforms to promote better customer communication and satisfaction?
We are using our VOIP phone system to call and text our customers to communicate. Sometimes our customers didn’t answer our phone call because the phone # is blocked or perhaps they don’t know who it is. Sending a text helps them realize that we are someone they want to talk to and often they will respond back by text or return the phone call.
What was your message to clients with projects in progress in order to keep them happy and satisfied during the uncertainty of the stay-at-home period?
We place the health and safety of our customers, employees, and community at large at the forefront. We’ve been in Middle TN for over 40 years and we’re not going anywhere… we’re in this together. We will follow the latest CDC and state guidelines to ensure the safety of our clients and employees.
