Business technology and business software are offering new ways for remodelers and home improvement professionals to improve client experience and customer satisfaction. In what ways are you using software or technology to improve client experience?:

We use the most up-to-date technology and business software to ensure that are client experience is exceptional from the start of the project to the completion of the project. We have shifted our focus to ensuring that meaningful, long-term relationships are built with each and everyone of the customers to touch. We use real-time feed back to adjust operations as needed and follow up, the same day, for any questions, comments, and or concerns we receive.

Rising costs for labor and building materials along with higher inflation on everything else is forcing remodelers and home pros to raise prices dramatically. Tell us about the most effective ways you are passing along these rising prices to your clients?:

We ensure that we keep our prices reasonable and pride ourselves on being a “non haggle” company. We do not negotiate to ensure that we are being fair, honest, and more over transparent to out customers. We ensure that we are keeping up with industry standards with regards to pricing and go into great detail from the time of the sales appointment to the time final payment is collected why we charge what we do.

Supply shortages have required you to ask clients to go back and pick another finish or building material. What are your tips for handing these product trade-off conversations?:

We have personally not had this issue come up at America’s Bath Company because all our products are made to order. If we were to come into a situation where we asked a client to choose another finish or futures for their project the best way we would phrase it is that we do not want to delay your project any further then what it has already been and offer something of better quality even if it costs the company slightly more in whole sale costs. Our number one goal at America’s Bath is to ensure that we are providing honesty and transparency at all steps our business.
