The use of Webex allowed us to offer virtual consultations for sales of roofing, siding, windows & door s and skylights.
What was your message to clients with projects in progress in order to keep them happy and satisfied during the uncertainty of the stay-at-home period?
Being a necessary job in Massachusetts work for us did not stop or even slow down, it actually increased. Much of our inside work such as window and door installations we placed on hold until the homeowner was ready to have us inside their home.
