Seamless communication technology is now both necessary and expected. How have you used new technology platforms to promote better customer communication and satisfaction?
Client meetings during the design process are conducted via web programs to show walk-throughs and changes to floor plans in real time. This keeps the client actively involved and prevents the project from slowing down.
What was your message to clients with projects in progress in order to keep them happy and satisfied during the uncertainty of the stay-at-home period?
We are pleased to continue work on their project with the recommended safety protections. However, if they do not feel comfortable with that, we can certainly get their project to a safe and clean state before putting it on hold.
