Builders Show Draws 70,000+
Atlanta The 2001 International Builders Show, the annual
construction products extravaganza sponsored by the National
Association of Home Builders, attracted more than 70,000 visitors
here last month, officials said.
The Washington, DC-based NAHB said that the four-day trade show
and educational conference involved over 1,000 exhibitors, many
with products aimed directly at the kitchen/bath new construction
and remodeling markets. Among the products on display were
cabinets, appliances, plumbing fixtures and fittings, surfacing
materials, hardware, accessories, new technology, and more.
The show moved to Atlanta in 2001, for a two-year run, after
being held for three years in Dallas.
