1. Demand for services is stronger than ever. Supply delays are widespread. Building product prices are rising. Please name the concrete steps you take to keep customers satisfied as timelines and prices are fluctuating?

At Cipriani Remodeling Solutions, as we always have, we focus on communication. Daily updates to our clients help to keep all parties involved and often reduces any stresses associated with the volatile scheduling, lead time, and pricing environments.

2. A good remodeling or home improvement firm knows the limits of its capabilities to take on additional work. What do/would you communicate to clients when you cannot handle their job and must decline their inquiry?

We stay in our wheelhouse and avoid the temptation of projects outside our purview by being honest with prospective clients. When it is reasonable to do so, we will recommend vetted contractors who fit well to the described project scope.

3. During busy times like these, operational adjustments are needed in order to take on more work, often with the same level of staffing. What steps have you taken to ensure a quality experience despite the added workloads for your team?

We have always utilized a Quality Control (QC) Program at the close of a project. But in the interim, our Production Manager makes weekly site visits to all of our projects to make sure that the construction meets our expectations to fit, finish, and quality.
