The COVID-19 pandemic changed homeowner interactions. What measures do you use to signal an extra level of care when working in or around a client’s home?
In addition to social distancing and sanitation Safeguards, We established with the prospects /customers prior to coming out that we will not come see them for a consultation if we’re not feeling well, in return we ask the same from them, additionally make them aware we will not being going in the home to do the normal presentation and quote as we had in the past. We’re emailing Literature to them in advance and doing the needs assessment and consultation while social distancing in the driveway or back yard. Then we will email the proposal to them or deliver the quote for them to review while maintaining social distancing etc. Our Projects are all outside the home, so social distancing is easily done by the build crews!!
Seamless communication technology is now both necessary and expected. How have you used new technology platforms to promote better customer communication and satisfaction?
Using Improve it 360 we can actually email all of out Literature, proposals, contracts and change orders right directly to prospects/customers from the Improve it 360 platform !! Then jump on phone call with them to go over pertinent info over the phone, Basically worked hard at getting better at selling and qualifying over the phone.
What was your message to clients with projects in progress in order to keep them happy and satisfied during the uncertainty of the stay-at-home period?
Just assuring them that we already do social distancing. Also we are out side there home and not inside there home, and they are very low risk of of us needing to be in any close proximity of them!! Additionally our crews are rarely on the site longer then 1-2 days to complete our projects!
