1. Demand for services is stronger than ever. Supply delays are widespread. Building product prices are rising. Please name the concrete steps you take to keep customers satisfied as timelines and prices are fluctuating?

We are very transparent about our processes and let customers know about any issues or delays in the order process or during the install. We work with multiple material suppliers and this enables us to have access to more material. We are able to secure larger material buys and have more product on hand to be able to keep installs happening at a pace that is acceptable with our homeowners.

2. A good remodeling or home improvement firm knows the limits of its capabilities to take on additional work. What do/would you communicate to clients when you cannot handle their job and must decline their inquiry?

We usually always find a way to do a job. If there are things that arise that are way outside of the scope of what we can do we always let the customer know. An example would be massive structural damage. We would need a structural engineer to work on the project and in this case we may not take on that project.

3. During busy times like these, operational adjustments are needed in order to take on more work, often with the same level of staffing. What steps have you taken to ensure a quality experience despite the added workloads for your team?

We have come up with really great processes here at DaBella. In busy times or when we are short staffed we can lean on each other to help get tasks resolved. We always promote from the inside and in doing so you really get to know all of your teammates really well. They become more than just coworkers, they become family.
