1. Demand for services is stronger than ever. Supply delays are widespread. Building product prices are rising. Please name the concrete steps you take to keep customers satisfied as timelines and prices are fluctuating?

Yes, all of those statements are accurate. We enhance our customers’ satisfaction by being honest about the industry delay and pricing situations in our current industry and economy. We communicate appropriate timeline and cost estimates to ensure that that the customers’ expectations match what we are able to deliver.

We also make sure that all product and material decisions are defined during the design process and we order everything up front.

2. A good remodeling or home improvement firm knows the limits of its capabilities to take on additional work. What do/would you communicate to clients when you cannot handle their job and must decline their inquiry?

Yes, that’s very true. We offer and manage high levels of detail in scheduling and capacity management in both design and production phases. We also and we have open discussions about the projected timeline and proceed forward with a relationship if that aligns with the homeowner.

3. During busy times like these, operational adjustments are needed in order to take on more work, often with the same level of staffing. What steps have you taken to ensure a quality experience despite the added workloads for your team?

We have actually hired more staff to manage the workload and we have established good work parameters on appropriate tasks. This along with remote work possibilities and task division all increase project completion efficiency.
