Design Build Pros, Red Bank, N.J.

The existing bathroom was partitioned into two sections – a front section with a vanity and small storage closet, and a back section with a second sink vanity, toilet and tub/shower. The construction plan fully gutted the space and knocked down the dividing wall to create an area allowing for a double sink vanity, toilet semi-secluded by a 4-ft. knee wall, and a 36- by 60-in. air-jetted tub. Removing a hall linen closet made space for the stand-alone 36- by 50-in. shower and added 6 sq. ft. to the planned bathroom footprint, bringing the bathroom up to 78 sq. ft.  Other bathroom features include porcelain plank floor tile, river rock stone shower floor, quartz throughout and crown molding.
