Design/Build Firm Announces Upscale Remodeling Seminars

by WOHe

Pasadena, Calif – Certain neighborhoods and homeowners require a higher
standard of quality design, construction and above all service. They
often find themselves struggling to find reputable and dependable
architects and craftsmen that can provide a smooth, stress-free
remodeling experience from start to finish.

On January 20, 2011, from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. HartmanBaldwin Design/Build
will offer, at no charge to the public, this informative and confidence
building workshop. This event will be held at Snyder-Diamond, a
high-end kitchen & bath appliance and fixture showroom, in
Pasadena. Dinner will be provided, a tour of the newly redesigned
showroom and a wine
and cheese mixer post-workshop will allow attendees to mingle and ask
questions to HartmanBaldwin Architects and Craftsmen on hand.

“People don’t plan to fail, but they often fail to plan. This
is especially true where home remodeling is concerned.”
explains Bill Judson, HartmanBaldwin Architect and workshop presenter.
“Since remodeling is a complex process with many details to
be planned, coordinated, and anticipated, even before the first nail is
driven, homeowners are faced with several important decisions: Will the
design project meet my family’s needs? How can I hold everyone to the
agreed budget and schedule? How do I protect myself, my home and my
investment? How do I find a company that’s professional,
reputable and who can do it all?”

This one-of-a-kind workshop offers the chance to address these issues
and guides attendees on how to properly select a design/build team,
communicate with them and maintain accountability.

With only 30 seats available, this workshop will fill up fast. People
are encouraged to rsvp early. Register by phone 626-486-0510 or online
