We use ProKitchen’s Oculus to give customers a Virtual Reality experience. Customers love the opportunity to see their remodeled space even before demolition.

Rising costs for labor and building materials along with higher inflation on everything else is forcing remodelers and home pros to raise prices dramatically. Tell us about the most effective ways you are passing along these rising prices to your clients?:

We have increased our labor rate to account for much of these rising costs.

Supply shortages have required you to ask clients to go back and pick another finish or building material. What are your tips for handing these product trade-off conversations?:

We make our clients very aware of the supply and demand situations in the current marketplace even prior to making material or finish selections. It’s best to be up front with them and completely transparent to ensure their ongoing trust and satisfaction.
