The COVID-19 pandemic changed homeowner interactions. What measures do you use to signal an extra level of care when working in or around a client’s home?

Purchased Air Scrubber machines to be put in the construction area & hospital grade disinfectant to clean tools and job sites.

Also purchased fishing sinks outside of clients home to have extra cleaning/disinfecting hand washing station!

Seamless communication technology is now both necessary and expected. How have you used new technology platforms to promote better customer communication and satisfaction?

We have been using Virtual Platforms, Skype, go to meeting, go to webinar to present to clients virtually showing design renderings and estimates we’ve put together. Going to present a Educational remodeling Kitchen seminar virtually instead of an open house.

What was your message to clients with projects in progress in order to keep them happy and satisfied during the uncertainty of the stay-at-home period?

The health and safety of our clients and employees is incredibly important to Foster Remodeling Solutions, Inc. Since 1983, we’ve been proactive about keeping our job sites and offices clean and safe. As the effects of COVID-19 continue to unfold, we are going even further. We believe that it is our responsibility to follow and implement the most up-to-date guidelines from the CDC for minimizing the spread of the coronavirus. As the situation develops, we will keep you updated on our response and any additional actions we take. We are all in this together, so if you have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We are not asking our employees or clients to do anything that makes them uncomfortable. While we are still working, we respect the unique needs and concerns of the many people involved in remodeling with Foster.
