The COVID-19 pandemic changed homeowner interactions. What measures do you use to signal an extra level of care when working in or around a client’s home?

Asked the COVID-19 questions regarding being sick or been around anyone who was sick.

Every tech keeps a thermometer and log of temperature before entering the home. All home owners are notified this protocol is in place.

Seamless communication technology is now both necessary and expected. How have you used new technology platforms to promote better customer communication and satisfaction?

We produced a commercial that aired showing how easy it was to get a virtual consult.

Added it to our website/social media as well and had the call center reps. offer a virtual consult on all phone calls.

What was your message to clients with projects in progress in order to keep them happy and satisfied during the uncertainty of the stay-at-home period?

All clients were notified that we were still conducting business and were following precautions but if felt unsafe with us in there home they could put their project on hold until they felt better about us being in their home.
