The COVID-19 pandemic changed homeowner interactions. What measures do you use to signal an extra level of care when working in or around a client’s home?

Beyond the needed safeguards-wipes, masks, booties, we hired a company, Certified Maintenance Service, Inc. with their unique Max-Defense Antimicrobial System, we used to clean and disinfect our office, and showroom(s) We certainly provided masks and cleaning material to all install crews.

Seamless communication technology is now both necessary and expected. How have you used new technology platforms to promote better customer communication and satisfaction?

We began to offer Free Virtual Consultations immediately and continue to do so. We used Docusign so eliminated any need to be in personal contact We continued our effective communication policy of calling or emailing customers regularly with progress reports.

What was your message to clients with projects in progress in order to keep them happy and satisfied during the uncertainty of the stay-at-home period?

We continued to communicate to clients and customers our willingness to work with their comfort and safety expectations. We communicated this message though calling, texting, emailing, and social media.
