IWF 2000 Set Next Month At Atlanta Site

Atlanta The attention of the cabinet manufacturing, countertop
fabricating and woodworking industries will turn to Atlanta next
month as the International Woodworking Fair (IWF 2000) returns to
this city with a wide range of product displays and
educational conferences.

The biennial IWF, the largest woodworking trade show of its kind
in the western hemisphere, is scheduled for Aug. 24-27 at the
Georgia Dome and Georgia World Congress Center here.
The show will feature more than 1,200 exhibitors in 700,000 sq. ft.
of exhibit space, as well as buyers from 90 countries, according to
show sponsors.

IWF 2000 will showcase machinery, supplies and services for both
large manufacturers and small shops in the cabinet, woodworking,
furniture, fabrication and store
fixture industries.

A wide range of technical seminars will also highlight the
four-day show, sponsors noted. Included in the conference program
will be sessions on automation, finishing, workplace safety,
marketing, supply-chain management and related topics.
