QR: Your team was able to achieve high rates of customer satisfaction during the pandemic, a time of greater scrutiny because clients were at home more. There were also supply-chain delays. What measures did your firm take to maintain client satisfaction?

We have found that consistent and thorough communication is critical to keeping clients satisfied throughout the design build process. Early decision making is also essential; we guide our clients as soon as possible to the design decisions they can make early in the project timeline that will allow us to order ahead of time and secure pricing wherever we can. To increase our ability to respond before an issue arises, we conduct continual research to discover new vendors and expand necessary resources. We assure that each and every client receives the same level of client care and exceptional workmanship. Our thoughtfully designed custom software boosts our ability to track multiple projects and deadlines.

QR: Firms with happier employees have higher levels of customer satisfaction. What are the top ways you are able to keep your employees happy and satisfied?

We value our employees and understand that each position is essential to the success of the company. We have happy employees who support each other to do their best, work as a team, and provide our clients with the best service possible. We continually invest in educational opportunities for each department of our company. We do this as part of our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients, by developing employees with unparalleled expertise and professionalism. Through continued education and training, this allows us to promote our employees within the organization whenever possible. We also host company events for our team, so they get the opportunity to interact with other departments which also keeps them engaged.

QR:Purpose driven” companies, those that exist to effect change or take action on something bigger than their products or services, attract a younger, higher skilled employees who tend to be more engaged workers. Some firms connect their “purpose” to a written mission statement. Do you operate a purpose-driven organization? And in what ways does your firm extend itself to outside causes.

Our goal is to provide our clients with the best service possible while maintaining a high standard of ethics, which promotes trust with our clients. We believe that our strong relationship with our community and our lasting commitment to giving back is one of the most meaningful ways we express the ethics of our business. Employees are encouraged to, and recognized for, spending time in community service activities that the organization values.
