QR: Your team was able to achieve high rates of customer satisfaction during the pandemic, a time of greater scrutiny because clients were at home more. There were also supply-chain delays. What measures did your firm take to maintain client satisfaction?

During the pandemic we took every measure possible when interacting with homeowners and subcontractors, to ensure the safety of everyone, by the use of face masks, hand sanitizer, and socially distancing. 

We also maintained open and honest communication; keeping them informed of the progress of their project, availability of and shipment dates of product, and included them in the decision making process.

QR: Firms with happier employees have higher levels of customer satisfaction. What are the top ways you are able to keep your employees happy and satisfied?

We strive to keep our employees happy, not just satisfied, by treating each and every one of them with respect and holding them as a valued member of the team, not just an employee. Happy employees tend to be more productive and less likely to call out sick.

QR:Purpose driven” companies, those that exist to effect change or take action on something bigger than their products or services, attract a younger, higher skilled employees who tend to be more engaged workers. Some firms connect their “purpose” to a written mission statement. Do you operate a purpose-driven organization? And in what ways does your firm extend itself to outside causes.

We understand what is important when it comes to a General Contractor or Home Builder – Budget, Timeline and Quality. We consider it our responsibility to provide this to all our clients, every time, no matter the size of the project. Providing a service that is second to none in all three categories is a priority. It’s evident that we stand by our mission by the legacy of our clients who have referred us to their friends, family and colleagues again and again. There is no better compliment than building a second home for a client a decade later.
