KCMA Confab Scheduled For May in Georgia
Reston, VA The 45th Annual Convention of the Kitchen Cabinet
Manufacturers Association (KCMA) has been scheduled for four days
in May at a resort in Georgia, the trade association announced.
The convention, which generally attracts several hundred kitchen
cabinet manufacturers and suppliers to the cabinet manufacturing
trade, will take place May 21-24 at The Cloister, in Sea Island,
GA, according to the Reston, VA-based KCMA.
The four-day meeting “will provide a unique opportunity for
cabinet manufacturing executives from large and small companies, as
well as countertop and other laminate fabricators, and key industry
suppliers to meet and exchange ideas,” the KCMA said.
The meeting will be opened by keynote speaker David Pearce
Snyder, a nationally known strategic forecaster and futurist, who
will discuss short- and long-term trends in consumer buying
patterns and their impact on cabinet sales. The program will also
include additional seminars, committee meetings and a series of
social events, the KCMA noted.
