Key New Position Filled by Power Home Remodeling

Power Home Remodeling has named Kerry McGovern as the company’s new Senior V.P. of Brand, the first position of its kind for the Chester, PA-based full-service exterior home remodeler, the company announced.

In the newly created role, McGovern will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution across all of the company’s brand disciplines, including internal communications, public relations, digital marketing and creative services, the company said.

McGovern will also be responsible for growing Power’s Brand department and overseeing all key hires to align with the rapid growth of the business, corporate officials added.

McGovern brings more than 20 years of communications and marketing experience working for major consumer brands like Under Armour, the National Hockey League (NHL), and the alcohol delivery service app, Drizly, Inc. Most recently she served as v.p/communications for global real estate giant, RE/MAX, Power officials said.

Established in 1992, Power is the nation’s largest, full-service, exterior home remodeler, with more than 2,800 employees and $825 million in annual revenue. The company’s primary product line includes windows, siding, roofing, doors, solar roofing panels, and attic insulation in territories that include Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington D.C. and Wisconsin.
