1. Demand for services is stronger than ever. Supply delays are widespread. Building product prices are rising. Please name the concrete steps you take to keep customers satisfied as timelines and prices are fluctuating?

We try and make sure all of the delay and back order issues we are experiencing from the manufacturers are explained during the sale and then reinforced at the final measure for order. We find many of the customers understand the current conditions and delays.

2. A good remodeling or home improvement firm knows the limits of its capabilities to take on additional work. What do/would you communicate to clients when you cannot handle their job and must decline their inquiry?

We have learned over the years and through experience to focus on what we excel at. There are times we go outside the lines for a customer in need but are typically very careful and upfront on what projections we take on. For the ones we cannot we typically provide contacts to them of crews that specialize in what they are looking to accomplish.

3. During busy times like these, operational adjustments are needed in order to take on more work, often with the same level of staffing. What steps have you taken to ensure a quality experience despite the added workloads for your team?

Our team is already busy and at capacity so we found it necessary to add additional staff to ensure the full experience our customers deserve. We’ve added both inside and outside personnel to best handle the incoming business and attend to the customers requests.
