The COVID-19 pandemic changed homeowner interactions. What measures do you use to signal an extra level of care when working in or around a client’s home?
We adapted to the situation as best as we could. One of the many steps we took was sending more material information via email, we traditionally handed out folders full of material information. Another measure of precaution was to minimize the in-person meetings and providing as many accommodations as needed on a per-customer basis.
Seamless communication technology is now both necessary and expected. How have you used new technology platforms to promote better customer communication and satisfaction?
We were already using a lot of technology in our company before the Covid-19 pandemic but we did integrate virtual meetings to processes.
What was your message to clients with projects in progress in order to keep them happy and satisfied during the uncertainty of the stay-at-home period?
We will be back to work as soon as our governor lifts restrictions that prevent us from working during the pandemic. Our company is committed to our work, customer satisfaction and the health of all our customers and employees. Thank you for understanding. Stay safe, we will see you soon.
