NARI Names Successor for Executive Vice President

by Kacey Larsen

The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) recently announced it has named a successor to outgoing Executive Vice President Mary Harris. The Executive Search Committee conducted a national search, which commenced in January, which included the review of scores of resume and interviews of many qualified candidates for the position.

Fred Ulreich has been selected as the right person at the right time to partner with elected leaders and staff, to help lead NARI toward NARI 2020 and its next phase of development. Ulreich is the former NARI National Director of Business Development and National Membership since September 2013, has been named the new CEO and has begun transitioning into the Executive Vice President position.

His work experience and background are uniquely suited to the criteria sought for the position. With executive experience at the United States Chamber of Commerce, Wells Fargo and Affinity Center International, Ulreich brings a strategic perspective and collaborative work approach to the diversity of stakeholders within NARI.
