NKBA Announces 2003 Leaders
Hackettstown, NJ The National Kitchen & Bath Association
(NKBA) has recently announced the association’s 2003 Executive
Committee.
Named as president was Les Petrie, CMKBD, of Mother Hubbard’s
Custom Cabinetry and one of the founders of the Susquehanna Valley
Chapter of NKBA.
Other executive board members are as follows:
- President-Elect Beverly Dalton owner of Signature Kitchen and
Bath, Inc., Bowling Green, KY. Dalton, who has served on the
Executive Committee as treasurer, secretary and vice president, is
a charter member of the Ohio Valley Chapter. She has held numerous
chapter offices, and has served on the NKBA’s Board of Directors
since 1993.
- Vice President Jeffrey Cannata, CKD, CBD, owner of Designer’s
Showcase Kitchens & Baths Inc., Chicago. Cannata has served in
numerous positions within the Chicago Mid West Chapter of NKBA, and
previously held the office of board representative for the Board of
Governors of Dealers.
- Secretary Allan S. Pattison, CMKBD, manager of Kitchen Korner,
Aldergrove, B.C., Canada. Pattison founded the Western Canada
Chapter of NKBA and has served as a chapter officer and on the
National Board of Directors since 1988.
- Treasurer Bob Garner, a director at Reico Distributors and
REICO Kitchen and Bath, Springfield, VA. Garner served the
Baltimore-Washington Chapter of NKBA for seven years, serving as
president, among other positions. He has also served on the
national level for six years, including the Board of Directors, the
Board of Governors, representing the Wholesale Distributors, and
the Finance Committee.
- Immediate Past President Charles Wheeler, CKD, CBD, of Mattix
Cabinet Works, Inc., Covington, LA. Wheeler has served on the
national Board of Directors since 1998 and has held a number of
offices in the Louisiana/ Mississippi/Arkansas Chapter, as well as
on the national
level.
