We use surveys to allow the customer to critique our workmanship and communication skills. We use social media to boost our advertising and presence in the community.

Rising costs for labor and building materials along with higher inflation on everything else is forcing remodelers and home pros to raise prices dramatically. Tell us about the most effective ways you are passing along these rising prices to your clients?:

We simply mark the materials to the necessary price as needed. We have kept our profit margins the same and only impacted the customers as we are impacted.

Supply shortages have required you to ask clients to go back and pick another finish or building material. What are your tips for handing these product trade-off conversations?:

We make sure that we do our research on any material that we are recommending, this way we can make an informed decision to use the material and inform the customer of the best trade off material and why.
