PA Factory To Produce Thomasville Line
Taylor, MI A new cabinet manufacturing facility opened by Masco
Corp. in Sayre PA will produce the new private-label cabinet line
earmarked for Home Depot stores, Masco officials announced.
The $60-million Pennsylvania factory, Masco said, will
manufacture the new cabinet line to be jointly produced for The
Home Depot by Masco and American Woodmark. The cabinet line, to be
marketed under the Thomasville brand name is scheduled to be rolled
out nationally by the fourth quarter, the company said.
The Thomasville line is projected to have annual sales in excess
of $100 million within two years, according to Masco officials, who
are forecasting that the company’s total kitchen/bath product sales
will reach nearly $6 billion by 2004.
