The COVID-19 pandemic changed homeowner interactions. What measures do you use to signal an extra level of care when working in or around a client’s home?

We implemented hand wash stations at every job and performed no homeowner contact roof inspections and proposal presentation meetings.

Seamless communication technology is now both necessary and expected. How have you used new technology platforms to promote better customer communication and satisfaction?

We increased our email information and allowed customers to do more virtual meetings to give explanations of products we offer.

What was your message to clients with projects in progress in order to keep them happy and satisfied during the uncertainty of the stay-at-home period?

That we will do everything we can to keep their homes safe from any exposure. We assured our customers that our guys would not need access to the inside of the home and that brought a sense of peace to our customers.
