Power Home Remodeling, the Chester, PA-based exterior home remodeling firm, has expanded into Fort Lauderdale and Las Vegas, marking the company’s 20th and 21st office locations in the U.S, corporate officials announced.

Fort Lauderdale represents Power’s second location in Florida, following the company’s 2017 launch in Tampa, while the opening of Power’s office in Las Vegas marks the company’s furthest-west footprint in the country, officials added.

“Power has been investing in homegrown leadership development for the last two decades,” said co-CEO Asher Raphael. “This ongoing investment in our people has prepared us to continue expanding with leaders uniquely qualified to bring a new level of service and commitment to communities across the country.

The company has grown primarily via a culture that puts recruiting and training at the center of its activities. The Las Vegas office space will host future Dan Price Craftsmanship Academies, Power’s proprietary training program. The program addresses the trade skills gap and creates career opportunities by training employees to become installers. It ranked No. 1 on the 2023 Fortune Best Companies in Construction, and No. 14 on the 2024 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list.

Asher Raphael will be speaking at TOP 500 LIVE this fall. You can also read our profile of Power Home Remodeling Group here. It features a videos with company leadership. QR
