The Aquatunes Bluetooth speaker from GROHE and Philips allows the user to stream favorite music into the bathroom via Bluetooth. The Bluetooth button is used to pair the Aquatunes speaker with a smartphone or tablet, and then the speaker is ready to play music. The Bluetooth range is 25 ft. As the speaker is designed and engineered to be 100% waterproof, it can be mounted inside the shower on a rail set or used as a standalone speaker. Its holder will attach to all standard shower rails with a diameter between 7/8” x 1” x 1/8”, without removing the rail from the wall. Once the holder has been attached, a twist of the wrist is all it takes to lock the speaker into place and unlock it again whenever required.The Aquatunes battery lasts up to eight hours and comes with a water-resistant induction charging station in glossy Moonwhite, which allows the speaker to operate during recharging. Controls include an on/off button, a volume control, a Bluetooth button for pairing to smart devices and a next/previous track toggle. Two LEDs show the status of the Bluetooth connection and the battery status.
