Rebranding for Quartz, Solid Surface Brands

ATLANTA, Georgia—Hanwha L&C | Surfaces announces the rebranding of HanStone Quartz and Hanex Solid Surfaces to center around the beauty of life. In addition to these rebrands, the company has named Michael Talbot, a licensed interior designer, as product design manager. “Bringing Michael on board is a testament to our focus on our customers, giving them what they want and need while leading them to new places and ideas they maybe hadn’t even thought of,” says Mark Abbas, marketing director of HanStone Quartz.

As part of the rebranding initiative, HanStone Quartz features a colorful new logo and a new tagline, “Live Beautifully.” The company came up with the tagline as an invitation to make the most of every single day. Additionally, the HanStone website with be updated with an updated lifestyle-centric aesthetic, shifting away from being product-focused. “Our new branding reflects HanStone’s commitment to understanding the designers and craftspeople whom we serve and their desire to create beautiful, meaningful spaces. Our focus going forward is our brands, rather than our corporate entity,” Abbas explains. “Our brands and our people are the true and meaningful connection we have with our customers and design professionals.”

The new Hanex Solid Surfaces branding includes a revamped logo—featuring its signature orange color—as well as a new tagline, “Elevate Life.” Such rebranding reflects the brand’s goal to enrich the people’s lives and be a backdrop for what matters to those people. The timing of this rebranding for Hanex is furthered by the company’s new production line, located in Texas, starting its production later this year.
