Renuity announced today that it has acquired RiteWindow, a Woburn, Mass.-based firm specializing in residential home improvement services, including the installation of replacement windows, doors, roofs, and shower and bath remodeling, the companies announced.

The transaction, whose terms were not disclosed, represents the eighth operating company in Renuity’s expanding collection of home improvement providers, according to Renuity, a three-year-old business unit of Coral Gables, Fla.-based Titan Holdings. The acquisition represents the third such transaction since the December 2021 corporate restructuring that led to the launch of Renuity from what was then Titan Home Improvement, corporate officials said.

Renuity is a portfolio of regional home improvement providers owned by Titan Holdings. Other businesses in the portfolio include Mad City Windows & Baths, Pacific Bath, FHIA Remodeling, Statewide Remodeling, Home Smart Industries, MaxHome, and Paradise Home Improvement.

“RiteWindow is a business whose values are closely aligned with ours and who is as committed as we are to delivering the highest standards of excellence in their product and service offerings,” said Titan Holdings CEO Daniel Gluck. “I look forward to providing RiteWindow with the full complement of resources that the Renuity platform offers to grow their footprint (in) the New England market.”
