1. Demand for services is stronger than ever. Supply delays are widespread. Building product prices are rising. Please name the concrete steps you take to keep customers satisfied as timelines and prices are fluctuating?

Many instances are out of our control, so we have made commitments to be upfront about rising costs, and communicate efficiently and diligently with our clients. When an issue arises, coming to the table with possible solutions and a collaborative attitude has helped us and our clients get past tough decisions. In addition, our clients feel more confident that we provide a fixed cost contract with allowances, many of those allowances are capped (not to exceed).

2. A good remodeling or home improvement firm knows the limits of its capabilities to take on additional work. What do/would you communicate to clients when you cannot handle their job and must decline their inquiry?

We let potential clients know that we purposely limit out bandwith so we can give the appropriate attention and management to each of our projects. Early up front communication from an initial inquiry and conversations help set realistic expectations regarding timing, and budget feasibility.

3. During busy times like these, operational adjustments are needed in order to take on more work, often with the same level of staffing. What steps have you taken to ensure a quality experience despite the added workloads for your team?

We have hired additional team members to help facilitate between our team and our clients. It really comes down to communication across the board, especially during these uncertain times. We strive to find the balance of sustainably filling our pipeline and giving our clients the best experirence possible.
