Adam Shampaine is CEO of Homefix Custom Remodeling, the No. 1 home improvement company for siding in the U.S. as ranked by the QR Top 500 List. He spoke to our audience about his history with HCR, especially during the 2008 recession, and how he stayed afloat and lowered employee turnover during one of the worst economic times in US history.
