Sherwin-Williams Introduces Online Ordering for Pros

CLEVELAND—Starting in mid-November, Sherwin-Williams will enable online ordering for its professional customers. Currently available in select markets, this feature will allow professionals to order paint and supplies online from their local store from wherever they are and at any time.

All customers who have a PRO account with their local Sherwin-Williams store will be able to order online once they establish an account on MySW, the portal on the company’s website connecting professionals to their PRO account. Additionally, the MySW portal can be used to review purchase history, access pricing, pay invoices and more. The Sherwin-Williams PRO app, available on iPhone and Android, will also be updated to include online ordering beginning in early 2018.

“The launch of the Sherwin-Williams e-commerce platform is an important milestone in our ongoing efforts to provide professionals with best-in-class products and services,” says Pam Gillikin, e-business senior director at Sherwin-Williams. “We’re excited to offer customers a fast and efficient way to order our paint and supplies online using their computer, tablet or mobile phone.”
