The COVID-19 pandemic changed homeowner interactions. What measures do you use to signal an extra level of care when working in or around a client’s home?
We are primarily roofing so social distancing was never too big a deal typically we do the climbing and cleaning.
Seamless communication technology is now both necessary and expected. How have you used new technology platforms to promote better customer communication and satisfaction?
We use iRoofing to show homeowners virtual measurements and send out proposals by email to eliminate the need For in home visits if the homeowners request . When in home we typically meet outside the house in mask and keep a safe distance.
What was your message to clients with projects in progress in order to keep them happy and satisfied during the uncertainty of the stay-at-home period?
We’re still here and working through this. Call us if you need us. We even brought groceries to a client with COPD at the height of the panic
