Solid Surface Show Expected To Draw 4,000+

Henderson, NV The fourth annual Solid Surface International
Trade Show and Expo, set for early 2001 in Las Vegas, is expected
to attract more than 4,000 attendees from nearly 30 countries,
event organizers said.

Solid Surface 2001 is scheduled to take place from Jan. 30
through Feb. 1, 2001 at Caesers Palace, according to the event’s
sponsor, the Henderson, NV-based International Solid Surface
Fabricators Association (ISSFA).

The fast-growing trade show is aimed primarily at fabricators of
solid surface materials that are commonly used for kitchen and bath
countertops and related applications. Exhibitors include national
and regional solid surface materials manufacturers, as well as
manufacturers of fabricating tools, equipment, machinery and
supplies.

The event’s General Session will take place on Jan. 30, followed
by educational conferences, ISSFA said. The exhibit hall will open
Feb. 1, and will run concurrent with the second day of conferences,
ISSFA added, noting that the exhibit hall will be open the entire
day on Feb. 1.

Each day will culminate with social and networking activities,
the association said.
