The COVID-19 pandemic changed homeowner interactions. What measures do you use to signal an extra level of care when working in or around a client’s home?

We employed no special measures, as indoor projects were suspended. So no special needs for construction projects that were in the open air, and not around clients

Seamless communication technology is now both necessary and expected. How have you used new technology platforms to promote better customer communication and satisfaction?

We have always used every technology available to communicate with our clients, however, I can not stress enough, the only good way to effectively communicate details or concerns during a project, is in person.

What was your message to clients with projects in progress in order to keep them happy and satisfied during the uncertainty of the stay-at-home period?

Did not see any uncertainty with projects we had going, but again they were not in the confinements of the clients home. There is plenty of uncertainty as we begin full reopening, but it is not in the jobs that are coming on board, it is with people who are simply putting off projects. And the putting off has more to do with uncertainty of the economy, than health
