We’re able to make the entire project from sale to install, contactless by digitalizing the entire process.

We were able to present to customers online and remotely via Zoom conference video calls, making the entire process contactless.
What was your message to clients with projects in progress in order to keep them happy and satisfied during the uncertainty of the stay-at-home period?
We implemented guidelines based on recommendations from the CDC and made customers aware that we had a Covid-19 plan in place and we would continue to do all we could during the shut down, so as soon as everything was back up and running, we could get right back to their project.
