Our U.S. distribution centers in Plattsburgh, New York and Reno, Nevada are both operational and continue to serve North America.
We do have reduced levels of on-site staff as both facilities are operating under heightened health and safety procedures for our employees’ protection, including increased social distancing standards.

Our sales, customer service, technical support, and administrative support teams are all working remotely and remain completely available.
For the time being, all in-person educational events including Innovation Workshops have been postponed through June 12, 2020. Schluter has now launched a new Live Online Training Series with 4 different sessions available at multiple days and times each week.
