The nation’s housing markets are running at 86% of normal activity levels

Housing is back to normal in 52 U.S. metropolitan areas according to the NAHB’s Leading Markets Index

Starting Oct. 7, NAHB will launch the NAHB/First American Leading Markets Index, which will replace the Improving Markets Index.
